Yuno Energy – Fuel Mix

The Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) requires companies that supply electricity to customers disclose the sources they use to generate their energy each year.  

If suppliers are new to the marker or choose not to make a declaration, they are allocated the residual fuel mix, which is the fuel mix left over from the All Island fuel mix after individual suppliers’ fuel mixes have been calculated.

If contacting your energy supplier have your account number or MPRN/GPRN. If you do not have access to these, have the name on the account and full address of the property being supplied.

 

Direct Debit Authorisation

As part of your rights, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited. Your rights are explained in a statement that you can receive from your bank.
